Job Description 3.1 Supports for the implementation and monitoring of HR programs like recruitment, compensation & benefits, training & development, performance evaluation, organizational development, employees programs. 3.2 Facilitates the job advertisement for hiring vacant positions; screens and short lists applicants; administers the pre-qualifying exams; endorses right candidates for interview to HRD & Admin Manager, Department Manager and General Manager. 3.3 Gives the pre-employment requirements for compliance to selected candidates for the vacant positions. 3.4 Facilitates the on boarding process of the newly hired employees such as employee’s orientation, filling up of relevant documents, signing of employment contract and endorsement to the Department Manager. 3.5 Establishes and maintains the employees and Employees’ 201 Files. 3.6 Updates and maintains the Table of Organization by Department, Employees Masterlist and Headcount on a monthly basis. 3.7 Checks and reviews employees’ attendance through timesheets for payroll processing. 3.8 Monitors and updates master list of employees, manpower headcount, Service Incentive Leave (SIL), due dates of the probationary and contractual employees for regularization subject to Performance Appraisal. 3.9 Updates the status of employees including marital status, additional dependents, new company name, etc. to Pag-ibig, SSS, PHIC and BIR. 3.10 Assists to the conduct of in-house training and facilitates the needs of employees who shall attend external training & seminars, symposium, conferences, etc. 3.11 Attends, facilitates and resolves the issues and concerns of the employees relevant to HR. 3.12 Assists and implements Employee’s Code of Conduct and other Company Policies and Procedures. 3.13 Assists and implements employees’ relations and programs such as anniversary dates, employees outing and teambuilding, sportsfest, Christmas Party, Morning Prayer, Holy Mass, etc. 3.14 Coordinates and communicates all issues and concerns of the workers under manpower service provider. 3.15 Performs other duties as required by the immediate superior and management.
Job Qualifications College degree in BS Psychology, Human Resource Management , Administration Industrial Engineering or related courses
