Job Qualifications Job Responsibilities:

• Meet and surpass client satisfaction and responsiveness goals
• Acquire customer’s information and facts and ascertain the matter by assessing and considering the challenges;
• Manage significant support concerns and requests, accommodate escalations and critical challenges and questions

QUALIFICATIONS

• At least a high school graduate
• No call center experience needed
• With good to excellent English communication skills (verbal and written)
• Typing speed of at least 25 - 30 wpm
• Willing to do shifting schedule
• Willing to start immediately
• Amenable to work in DAVAO
