| Job Description | 1. Performs in preparing of dough, kneading flour, baking, and all related activities in baking; 2. Maintains production area safe and clean at all times and ensures all production equipment and utensils are sanitized and in good condition; 3. Assists on getting, receiving, storing goods of raw materials in a designated area; 4. Complies with company’s standard operating procedures and all environment, safety, health, and housekeeping policies and procedures and ensures it is strictly observed and followed; 5. Assists on monitoring quality and quantity of products; 6. Provides help in monitoring all production equipment and utensils of its condition and reports immediately to superior for corrective measures; 7. Monitors production equipment and utensils to ensure accurate time and temperature is complied with standard operating procedures; 8. Performs related tasks as may be assigned from time to time. |
| Job Qualifications | 1. College level or High School Graduate;
2. Preferably with at least six (6) months experience as a production worker in a food manufacturing or equivalent professional practice; 3. Highly organized and has an eye for detail; 4. Self-motivated and hardworking; 5. Positive personal values and strong work ethic; 6. Physically Fit; 7. Strict in implementing of rules, regulations and policies. |
