| Job Description | Installation and configuration of computer hardware, software, systems, networks, and printers, etc. Monitor and maintain computer systems and networks, which includes documentation. Reports to the IT Officer. 1. Installs and maintains school IT property and equipment which includes network, switching, and routing 2. Attends to the repair of damaged school IT property and equipment 3. Performs preventive and corrective maintenance on the school’s computer systems 4. Recommends computer systems for different offices 5. Responsible for other duties not specified above but technical in nature |
| Job Qualifications | - At least a 4-year relevant degree holder
- Preferably with over 1 year of relevant experience as technical services staff (Installation, configuration, maintenance, and monitoring of computer networks and systems; and experience in networks, switching, and routing) - Must be computer literate (CISCO Routing & Switching, MS Office applications) - Highly analytical with excellent written and oral communication skills - Must have good interpersonal skills - Must possess values and attitudes reflecting the school’s mission statement |
