Job Description Specialize in specific clients with more complicated processes to assist Account Manager Oversee other bookkeepers to ensure response time is improved and ensure their assigned client is taken care of Work under Account manager to provide excellent prompt resolutions to client tasks (30 minutes for task assigning, response time under 2 hours) Represent APM Help in a professional manner to both clients and coworkers through all written and verbal communication Detail oriented completion of tasks per instructions from client/account managers Increase their knowledge of property management so they can take over more tasks from account managers as they gain experience with APM Help Keep track of client specifications to ensure consistent service Take initiative to complete tasks efficiently and assist the account manager.
Job Qualifications A graduate of Accounting or any related course
Experience in Bank Reconciliation and Account Payables
Rent Manager/RM Express experience is a Plus
Technologically savvy & able to work with a variety of digital tools
Willingness to learn about property management (prior experience not required)
Great attention to detail and ability to learn processes in software, stay organized, and complete tasks in a timely manner.
Great communication skills and stellar responsiveness
Must have 4-16GB of working equipment(laptop/desktop)
Must have 15-20 Mbps Internet Connection
